I'm Sophie Malik. I spent 15+ years building HR systems for companies going through hypergrowth, from early teams to companies with 1,000+ people, through acquisitions and IPO-level complexity.
Now I help founder-led teams get the same quality of people infrastructure without the full-time HR hire or the corporate overhead. That can mean hiring your first employee, cleaning up policies, handling an employee issue, or building simple systems before things get messy.
