These terms cover your use of tiffinhr.com. They are not the terms of any consulting engagement. Client work is governed by a separate written agreement, and where the two differ, that agreement wins.
Who we are
This site is operated by TiffinHR LLC, a limited liability company registered in New York, at 169 Madison Avenue, Suite 36661, New York, NY 10016, United States. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean TiffinHR LLC, and "you" means anyone using the site.
Using this site
You are welcome to read, share and reference what is here. Please do not:
- Use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that damages it or interferes with others' use of it.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its hosting.
- Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content for commercial reuse.
- Present our content as your own.
The content here is information, not advice
Everything on this site is general information about what TiffinHR does. It is not HR, legal, tax or employment advice, and reading it does not create a client relationship.
Employment law varies by jurisdiction and changes often. Do not act on anything here without advice specific to your situation. If you become a client, our advice to you is operational HR and organizational advice, and it is not a substitute for legal, tax or employment counsel. Where a matter needs legal or tax review, we will say so.
Booking a consultation
Booking a call through this site is a request for a conversation. It does not commit either of us to an engagement. Work begins only when both parties sign a written agreement setting out scope and fees.
Ownership
The text, design, structure and images on this site belong to TiffinHR LLC or are used with permission. The TiffinHR name and marks are ours. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Anything more needs our written permission.
Where we prepare materials for a client, ownership is set out in that client's agreement rather than here.
Links to other sites
We link to services such as Calendly and LinkedIn. Those are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee either. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, TiffinHR is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content, including lost profits, lost business or indirect loss.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, this section does not affect your statutory rights.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last revised, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and the courts of New York have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer resident in the UK or EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your own country.
